This is a new start Primary Care through direct-pay membership. I will provide all age primary care services and expand into supplements and health promotion/counseling. Hoping to partner with Plain Church and other non-government programs. Willing to make house calls for additional fees. Focusing on holistic care. Functional/integrative services to come.
